I'm a transplanted Midwesterner who has been living in Boston for nearly ten years, and in the Fenway/Kenmore neighborhood for eight. I recently got my master's in library science from Simmons College just down the road. I love Boston and especially my neighborhood. There are tons of new, fun restaurants opening up in the Fenway, so this blog is a way to keep myself accountable and ensure that I visit these places. It's also a good way to coerce my friends into going to happy hours more often.
Furthermore, being the librarian I am, from time to time I'll discuss issues related to the Boston Public Library and public libraries in general. For those of you not interested in that stuff, rest assured that this blog will be related to nachos and/or margaritas 90% of the time.
